Our Intelligent Equipment Division focuses on four categories of intelligent equipment specializing in automatic transmission, intelligent storage, automatic detection and process specialization. Equipped with a senior R&D team in the industry, we’re committed to the R&D and manufacturing of production line intelligent equipment, such as the traditional packaging, advanced packaging and power module, etc. We have independent research and development capabilities in mechanism design and software design, which improve the shortcomings of imported equipment in the past and realizes the substitution with home-made equipment.
